Start your day with Oatmeal
Oatmeal is ideal to maintain health. Here we will learn to make it quickly.
Oats with milk is one of the favourite breakfast in the west. It is a complete meal in itself. Having with silk milk, which is a low fat milk makes it perfect for those controlling their weight.
TIPS & NOTES
- Silk milk is a low fat milk. This breakfast is ideal to control weight.
- Use Rolled oats to have a nice density to your meal.
- Do not overcook your meal.
- You may add sugar or jaggery if you want it to be sweeter.

Heat a Pan
Take a pan and warm it lightly.
Add Rolled Oats to roast it
Now, add rolled oats to it. Remember we are not using already roasted oats here. Roast the rolled oats a little.
Add milk to it
Warm the silk milk in another pot and add the warm milk to the oats.
Cook a little
Bring the mixture to boil. Keep it rolling to avoid burning and sticking.
Oats get cooked
Cook till oats becomes soft. If it has become thick, try adding more milk. You can have the way you want.
Take your breakfast bowl
Once your oatmeal is ready, let it cool a little. You may want to have it warm.
Prepare the milk for Dahi
Take your breakfast bowl and transfer the oat meal in it.
Garnish it with fruits and nuts
This is a very health breakfast. You can add raisins, fruits, nuts to make it more healthier.
