Turmeric milk is considered one of the best immunity booster in Ayurveda. It has been consumed since ages. In these COVID times, it becomes essential to consume it to boost our immunity.
TIPS & NOTES
- You can use powdered turmeric or raw turmeric as well.
- Once you mix, let it settle for some time. Do not consume directly.
- Turmeric milk can be best consumed at night. Always take milk at least 2 hours before bed.

Take a pan to heat the milk
The first step is to heat up the milk. Take a pan.
Pour the milk
Tear the silk milk pouch and Pour the milk in the cold pan. Then bring it to boil.
Pour the hot milk in a cup
Depending upon how hot you want your milk to be, you can let the milk to cool to that temperature and then pour in a cup.
Add turmeric to it
Add a spoon of turmeric to the milk
Mix it well
Mix the turmeric to the milk and allow it to settle a little.
Turmeric mixes
The turmeric mixes with milk and turns it to a golden color.
